Smart Management is self-hosted software for keeping the financial record of a rental property. It is installed and run by the person who uses it, on hardware they control. No service is operated on their behalf.
You are responsible for the server it runs on, for keeping it updated, for its backups, and for the accuracy of anything you approve into it. You may connect only mailboxes and accounts you are entitled to access.
The figures the software presents are derived from documents you supply to it. It does not give investment, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for your own records or for professional advice.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may contain defects. Verify anything that matters against the original statements, which the software keeps unchanged for exactly that purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the software, including loss of data or financial loss.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
